Once I let go
and stopped swimming upstream
my life turned around
and I started to feel the flow
Its been a few years now
and I can say with all honesty
that I owe it all to finding flow
When things are going good
and bad times roll on by
I know how to go with the flow
Life is a never ending river
and we all must paddle our own boat
but if we can learn to let go
We'll drift along 'till we find the sea
and there we'll let go of all our woes
We'll be at one with the ebb and flow
and life will be one big flow state
So, let go my friends
and paddle your way to the end
And when you find flow, you'll find peace
and then you'll finally understand
That life is all just one big flow.
