Skip to my lou, my darlin’
Lost my partner, what’ll I do?
Lost my partner, what’ll I do?
Lost my partner, what’ll I do?
Skip to my lou, my darlin’
I’ll find another one-a pretty one, too.
I’ll find another one-a pretty one, too.
I’ll find another one-a pretty one, too.
Skip to my lou, my darlin’
I’ve got a fal and that ain’t all, I’ve got a gal who’s ten feet tall.
Sleeps in the kitchen with her feet in the hall.
Skip to my lou, my darlin’
I know a fellow, his name is Bill
He was born on the side of hill,
One leg’s longer than the other one still.
Skip to my lou, my darlin’

Swanee River儿歌歌词
Swanee River
Way down upon the swanee river, far, far, away.
There’s where my heart is turning ever there’s where the old folks stay.
All up and down the whole creation, sadly I roam.
Still longing for the old plantation and for the old folks at home.
All the world is sad and dreary, everywhere I roam.
Oh, lady, how my heart grows weary, far from the old folks at home.
One little hut among the bushes, one that I love.
Still sadly to my memory rushes, no matter where I love.
When will I see the bees a-hummin’ all round the comb?
When will I hear the banjo strummin’ down in my good old home?
All the world is sad and dreary, everywhere I roam.
Oh, lady, how my heart grows weary, far from the old folks at home.

the Bear Went over the mountain儿歌歌词
he Bear Went over the mountain
The bear went over the mountain, the bear went over the mountain.
The bear went over the mountain, to see what he could see.
And all that he could see was the other side of the mountain.
The other side of the mountain, the other side of the mountain.
Was all that he could see!
The bear went over the river, the bear went over the river,
The bear went over the river, to see what he could see.
And all that he could see was the other side of the river.
The other side of the river, the other side of the river.
Was all that he could see!
For he’s a jolly good fellow! For he’s a jolly good fellow!
For he’s a jolly good fellow! Which nobody can deny!
Which nobody can deny, which nobody can deny!
For he’s a jolly good fellow! For he’s a jolly good fellow!
For he’s a jolly good fellow! Which nobody can deny!

Grind-grind the gears, just listen to the wind whistlin’ in your ears.
Hop in Mr. Rooster, Hop in Mrs. Hen
Hey there, pig, climb in again. Step aboard there, doggie.
Waddle in here, duck, hey there, Miss Kitty, take a ride in my truck.

The sidewalks of New York儿歌歌词
The sidewalks of New York
East side, West side, all around the town.
The tots sing ”Ring-a-Rosy”, “London Bridge is falling down?”
Boys and girls together, me and Mamie O’Rourke, tripped the light fantastic
On the sidewalks of New York

there was and old lady儿歌歌词
here was and old lady
There was an old lady who swallowed a fly.
I don’t know why she swallowed a fly.
Perhaps she’ll die.
There was an old lady who swallowed a spider.
That wiggled and wriggled and jiggled inside her.
She swallowed the spider to catch the fly.
I don’t know why she swallowed a fly.
Perhaps she’ll die.
There was an old lady who swallowed a bird.
Now, how absurd! To swallow a bird!
She swallowed the spider to catch the fly.
That wiggled and wriggled and jiggled inside her.
She swallowed the spider to catch the fly.
I don’t know why she swallowed a fly.
Perhaps she’ll die
There was an old lady who swallowed a cat.
Imagine that! She swallowed a cat!
She swallowed the cat to catch the bird.
Swallowed the bird to catch the spider.
That wiggled and wriggled and jiggled inside her.
She swallowed the spider to catch the fly.
I don’t know why she swallowed a fly.
Perhaps she’ll die
There was an old lady who swallowed a dog.
My, what a hog! To swallowed a dog!
She swallowed the dog to catch the cat.
She swallowed the cat to catch the bird.
Swallowed the bird to catch the spider.
That wiggled and wriggled and jiggled inside her.
She swallowed the spider to catch the fly.
I don’t know why she swallowed a fly.
Perhaps she’ll die
There was an old lady who swallowed a goat.
Just opened her throat, and swallowed a goat
She swallowed the goat to catch the dog..
There was an old lady who swallowed a cow.
I don’t know how, but she swallowed a cow!
She swallowed the cow to catch the goat
She swallowed the goat to catch the dog..
There was an old lady who swallowed a horse.
She died, of course.

Thumbelina儿歌歌词
Thumbelina
Once there was a maiden, so beautiful and kind.
She was the smallest maiden fair that you could ever find.
She was sweet and she was gentle, and she loved the simple way.
At night she slept in a walnut shell, she sailed on a flower all day.
CHOURS
Tiny Thumbelina, you could fit into my hand.
I hope you find a happy place, in a sunny fairyland.
Somewhere there’s tiny prince, he’s handsome good and kind.
He is just the prince that Thumbelina wants to find
He’s strong and he is gentle and he loves the simple way.
He and Thumbelina will be happy all their days.

When the saints go marching in儿歌歌词
When the saints go marching in

Getting ready for that city, when the saints go marching in

A Hunting We will go儿歌歌词
A Hunting We will go.
The dusky night rides down the sky
And ushers in the mom.
The hounds all join in glorious cry.
The hounds all join in glorious cry.
The huntsman winds his hom.
The huntsman winds his hom.
A-hunting we will go, a-hunting we will go.
We’ll catch a fox, put him in a box, and then we’ll let him go.
The clever fox escapes at last.
The hounds can’t stop his flight.
Then hungry homeward we return.
Then hungry homeward we return.
To feast away the night.
To feast away the night.

The itsy bitsy spider went up the spout again.

Billy Boy
Oh where have you been, Billy boy, Billy boy?
Oh where have you been, charming Billy?
I have been to seek a wife, she’s the joy of my life.
She’s a young thing and can’t leave her mother.
Did she bid you to come in, Billy boy, Billy boy?
Did she bid you to come in, Charming Billy?
Yes, she bid me to come in. There’s a dimple on her chin.
She’s a young thing and can’t leave her mother.
Did she offer you a chair, Billy Boy, billy boy?
Did she offer you a char, charming Billy?
Yes, she offered me a chair. She was ringlets in her hair.
She’s a young thing and can’t lever her mother.
Can she bake a cherry pie, Billy boy, Billy boy?
Can she bake a cherry pie, charming Billy?
She can bake a cherry pie quick as a cat can wink her eye.
She’s a young thing and can’t leave her mother.
Tell me how old is he, Billy /boy, Billy Boy?
Tell me how old is he, charming Billy?
Three times six and four times seven. Twenty-eight and eleven.

Clementine儿歌歌词
Clementine
In a cavern, in a canyon, excavating for mine.
Lived a miner forty-niner, and his daughter Clementine.
Oh my darling, oh my darling. Oh my darling, Clementine,
You were lost and gone forever, dreadful sorry, Clementine.
Light she was and like a feather, and her shoes were number nine.
Herring boxes without topses, sandals were for Clementine
Drove she ducklings to the water, every morning just at nine.
Hit her foot against a splinter, fell into the foaming brine.
Ruby lips above the water, blowing bubbles soft and fine.
But alas, I was no swimmer, so I lost my Clementine.

Down in the Valley儿歌歌词
Down in the Valley.
Down in the valley, the valley so low.
Hang your head over, hear the wind blow.
Hear the wind blow, hear the wind blow.
Hang your head over, hear the wind blow.
Waiting this letter, containing three lines.
Answer my question, will you be mine?
Will you be mine, dear, will you be mine?
Answer my question, will you be mine?
Roses love sunshine, violets love dew.
Angels in heaven know I love you.
Know I love you, dear, know I love you.
Angels in heaven know I love you.

Hush, little baby, don’t say a word. Papa’s gonna buy you a mockingbird.
And if that mockingbird don’t sing, Papa’s gonna buy you a diamond ring.
If that dimond righ is brass, Papa’s gonna buy you a looking glass.
And if that looking glass should crack, papa’s gonna buy you a jumping jack.
If that jumping jack won’t hop, Papa’s gonna buy you a lollipop.
When that lollipop is done, Papa’s gonna buy you a another one.
If that lolliopo is all eaten up, papa’s gonna buy you a real live pup.
And if that real live pup won’t bark, papa’s gonna buy you a horse and cart.
If that horse and cart fall down, you’ll still be the prettiest girl in town.

Just for you儿歌歌词
Just for you.
I picked the reddest apple from the tree.
It was the finest one that I could see.
I saved it all except a bite or two. Just for you.
I carried home the groceries from the store.
I wanted to be helpful with a chore.
I put them all away except a few. Just for you.
Someday I’ll be grown up too.
And if I can I’ll grow up just like you.
I ate up all my lunch just like you said
But I think there was a little too much bread.
And so I left the crust when I was through just for you.
Someday I’ll be grown up too.
If I can I’ll grow up just like you.
Just one more thing before I go to bed.
And everything I have to say is said.
There’s something special that I want to do

Loch Lomond儿歌歌词
Loch Lomond.
By yon bonnie banks, and by yon bonnie braes.
Where the sun shines bright on Loch Lomond.
Where me and my true love were ever won’t to go.
On the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.
Twas there that we parted in yon shady glen.
On the steep, steep side of Ben Lomond
Where in soft, purple hue the highland hills we view.
And the moon coming out in the gloaming.
Oh, you take the high road and I’ll take the low road.
And I’ll be in Scotland before you.
But me and my true love will never meet again.
On the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.
The wee bird may sing, and the wild flowers spring.
And in sunshine the waters be sleeping.
But my broken heart knows not the heather or the glen.
For its blinded by the tears that I’m weeping.

Baa,baa, black sheep.
Have you any wool? Yes,sir, yes, sir.
Three bags full; One for the master,

Who lives down the lane.

Sing a song of sixpence, a pocket full of rye.
Four and twenty black birds baked in a pie.
When the pie wad opened, the birds began to sing.
And wasn’t that a dandy dish to set before the king.
Old king Cole
Now old king cole was a merry old soul and a merry old soul was he.
He called for his pipe, and he called for his bowl, and he called for his fiddlers three.
And every fiddler had a fine fiddle as fine as it could be.
And a very fine fiddle had he, had he, and a very fine fiddle had he, for.
Old King Cole was a merry old soul, and a merry old soul was he.
He called for his pipe, and he called for his bowl.
And he called for his fiddlers three.

Over the River and through the woods儿歌歌词
Over the River and through the woods.
Over the river and through the woods.
To grandmothers’ house we go.
The horse knows the way to carry the sleigh.
Through white and drifted snow.
Over the river and through the woods.
Oh, how the wind does blow!
It stings the toes and bites the nose.
As over the ground we go.
Over the river and through the woods.
And through the barnyard gate.
We seem to go extremely slow.
It is so hard to wait!
Over the river and through the woods.
Now Grandmother’s cap I spy!
Hooray for the fun! Is the pudding done?
Hooray for the pumpkin pie!

Sweet Betsy from pike儿歌歌词
Sweet Betsy from pike
Do you remember sweet Besty from Pike.
Who crossed the wide prairies wht her husband lke.
With two yoke of oxen and one spotted hog.
A tall shanghai rooster, and old yeller dog?
Sing too ra li oo ra li oo ra li ay.
Sing too ra li oo ra li oo ra li ay.
The alkali desert was burning and bare.
And lke cried in fear, we are lost, I declare!
My dear old Pike country, I’ll go back to you.
Said Betsy, You’ll go by yourself if you do.
They swam the wide rivers and crossed the tall peaks.
They camped on the prairie for weeks upon weeks.
They fought with the Indians with musket and ball.
They reached California in spite of it all.

Twinkle, twinkle, little star儿歌歌词
Twinkle, twinkle, little star.
Twinkle, twinkle, little star, how I wonder what you are.

When the blazing sun is gone, when he nothing shines upon.
The you show your little light, Twinkle, twinkle, little star
Twinkle, twinkle, little star, How I wonder what you are.
Twinkle, twinkle, little star, how I wonder what you are.

Waltzing Matilda儿歌歌词
Waltzing Matilda
Once a jolly swagman camped beside a baillabong.
Under the shade of a coolibah tree.
And he sang as he sat and waited while his billy boiled.
You’ll come a-waltzing, Matilda, with me.
Waltzing Matilda, Waltzing Matilda
You’ll come a-waltzing, Matilda, with me.
Down came a jumbuck to drink beside the billabong.
Up jumped the swagman and seized him with glee.
And he sang as he shoved that jumbuck in his tuckerbag.
You’ll come a-waltzing, Matilda, with me.
Up road the squatter, mounted on his thoroughbred.
Down came the troopers, one, two, three
Where’s that jolly jumbuck you’ve got in your tuckerbag.
You’ll come a-waltzing, matilda, with me
Up jumped the swagman, right into the billabong.
You’ll never catch me alive, said he.
And his ghost may be heard as you ride beside the billabong
You’ll came a-waltzing, Matilda, with me.

Why do they make things like they do儿歌歌词
Why do they make things like they do
Birds were made for flyin’ that’s why they have wings.
But if beds weren’t made for bouncing/
Tell me, why do they have springs?
I don’t know, how about you?
Why do they make things like they do?
TV sets are funny, I think there’s something wrong.
It’s awfully hard to turn ‘em off.
But it’s easy to turn ‘em on.
If they made things like they should.
Everything I tried would turn out good.
Well, bathtubs have a bottom but they don’t have a lid.
And all that water on the floor wouldn’t be there if they did.
I went to wash the kitchen floor bottom to the top.
There soapsuds got so bubbly, I couldn’t find my mop.

With Apologies to Mother Goose儿歌歌词
With Apologies to Mother Goose
Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall.
Then he had a terrible fall.
An’all the king’s horses an’all the king’s men had
Scrambled eggs for breakfast again!
But oh, no no, don’t say I told you.
Don’t go quotin’ me’ cause if you do, OI Mother Goose.
Will be awful mad at me.
Hey little Boy Blue come blow your horn.
The sheep’s in the meadow and the cow’s in the corn.
Now where is that boy that watches the sheep?
He’s out pickin’ flowers with little Bo peep!
Little Miss Muffet, she sat on a fuffet.
That’s kind of hard to do.
Cause I looked it up and there’s no such word.
I think that’s strange, don’t you?
But if she finds out what I said, I ask you, please.
Kindly send along my apologies to Mother Goose!

Big Rock Candy Mountain儿歌歌词
Big Rock Candy Mountain
On a summer day in the month of May
A burly bum came hiking
Down a shady lane through the sugar cane
He was looking for his liking
As he roamed along, he sang a song
Of the land of milk and honey
Where a bum can stay for many a day
And he won't need any money
Chorus:
Oh, the buzzin?of the bees in the cool shade trees
Near the crystal water fountain
At the lemonade springs
Where the bluebird sings
On the big rock candy mountain
Oh, a farmer and his son, they were on the run
To the hayfield they were bounding
Said the bum to the son, "Why don't you come
To that big rock candy mountain?"
So the very next day they hiked away
The mileposts they kept counting
But they never arrived at the lemonade tide
On the big rock candy mountain

Brother, come and dance with me儿歌歌词
Brother, come and dance with me
Girls: Brother, come and dance with me
Both my hands I give to thee
Right foot first, left foot then
Round about and back again
Boys: I would dance, but don't know how
When to step and when to bow
Show me what I ought to do
And then I'll come and dance with you
Both: Let your feet go tap, tap, tap
Let your hands go clap, clap, clap
Right foot first, left foot then
Round about and back again
Let your head go nick, nick, nick,
Let your fingers click, click, click
Right foot first, left foot then
Round about and back again

Camping儿歌歌词
Camping
Saturday morning at five o'clock
Bet I was the first one up on the block.
Had to get with it, couldn't be slow.
Packed our car, got ready to go.
Tock our skillet, and away we went.
We're gonna do my favorite thing
Oh, how i love to go camping.
CHORUS
I'm going campin, feels so good.
Camping, out there in the woods.
Camping makes me sing.
Oh, how I love to go camping.
Pitch our tent in a beautiful spot.
Dad says it's hard, but I know that it' not.
A couple of poles, a couple of string.
guess there's a couple of other funny thing.
I can do it all by myself.
So I did, with a little bit of help
and now I'll go get water from the spring.
Oh, ho I love to go camping.
fish and hike till the sun goes down
The we build a fire, and we gather around.
Nights are cool out here in the park.
When the sun goes down, it sure gets dark.
Spooky sounds I heard in the night
Hope they don't give Daddy a fright.
I'll lie close and around him cling.
Oh, How I love to go camping.

Cockles and Mussels儿歌歌词
Cockles and Mussels
In Dublin's fair city
Where girls are so pretty
'Twas there I first met
With sweet Molly Malone
She drove a wheelbarrow
Through the streets broad and narrow
Crying, "Cockles and mussels, alive, alive-o"
Chorus:
"Alive, alive-o, alive, alive-o"
Crying, "Cockles and mussels, alive, alive-o"
She was a fishmonger
But sure 'twas no wonder
For so were her mother and father before
They drove their wheelbarrows
Through the streets broad and narrow
Crying, "Cockles and mussels, alive, alive-o"
Chorus
She died of a fever
And nothing could save her
And that was the end of
Sweet Molly Malone
But her ghost wheels a barrow
through the streets broad and narrow
Crying, "Cockles and mussels, alive, alive-o"
Repeat Chorus twice

Comin' Through the Rye儿歌歌词
Comin' Through the Rye
If a body meet a body
Comin?through the rye
If a body kiss a body
Need a body cry?
Chorus:
Ev'ry lassie has her laddie
Nane, they say, ha'e!
Yet all the lads they smile on me
When comin?through the rye
If a body meet a body
Comin?from the town
If a body greet a body
Need a body frown?
Chorus

Do your ears hang low儿歌歌词
Do your ears hang low?
Do your ears hang low?
Do they wobble to and fro?
Can you tie'em in a knot?
Can you tie'em in a bow?
Can you throw'em o'er your shoulder
Like a continental soldier?
Do your ears hang low?
Can your ears stand high?
Can they stand up in the sky?
Can they stand up if they're wet?
Can they stand up if they're dry?
Can you wave them to your neighbor
With a minimum of labor?
Can your ears stand high?
Repeat first verse
